Chamomile Leaf, Marshmallow Root, Orange Peel, Milk Thistle, Cassia Angustifolia Leaf, Dandelion Root, Spearmint Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Pure Plantago Husk, Licorice Root, Japanese Honeysuckle Leaf.

We do NOT use any Senna Leaf. Only GOOD SH!T!

Directions:

1 hour before bed, pour the packet contents into your GOOD SH!T Shaker Bottle and add 10 ounces of your favorite juice. Do not use a hot liquid. Shake the bottle until mixed. The herbs will not dissolve and that's a GOOD thing. Drink UP! Rinse the shaker bottle for the next day. And have a good sh!t on us! Well... don't sh!t on us, but you know what we mean ;)

Here at The GOOD SH!T, we believe in balance. Which is why each cleanse starts off with a mild strength, peaks in strength on the middle day and ends with mild strength on the last day. For best results drink 6 - 8 cups of water throughout the day. Best if refrigerated after purchase. Shelf life is 6-8 months or longer if kept in the freezer. Made in the USA.
